I wrote down some prices for 10 and 11 day Caribbean cruises in November after dinner and then went to my laptop to book, but everything had gone up by 400 dollars Canadian. I didn't book as I might get a better price in the fall. Fingers crossed. GRRRRRR!

I take knitting because it lasts longer than crochet and usually work on a pair of socks and a simple shawl. Also I can knit without looking at my hands so it’s nice for watching people or the passing scenery. A small embroidery project or sampler is also fun. There’s usually a jigsaw puzzle or two started in the Explorers lounge.

I thought the limit for taking wine onboard was one bottle per passenger in the carry on luggage. We ordered an 8 bottle package on our last cruise and found it reasonable. We are Canadian and used to higher wine prices in restaurants anyway. The wine selection for the package was good and the sommelier upgraded our wine a couple of times. We will do this again.

Pea soup is the bomb. Also the schnitzel and we are picky since we live in German Mennonite country.

Same as the rest -- the charm of classic cruising, fantastic service and staff, comfy beds, MDR and Pinnacle, daily Catholic mass, and exciting destinations and itineraries. My husband loves the music options (and so do I.)
