I could be overthinking this, but with a new ship (Symphony) and terminal I wanted to leave time for some chaos.  

Thanks everyone.  The ship arrives at 6:00am so we will get there at 5:30 at the latest.  I’m hoping the early hour deters people 😉  Flights Thanksgiving weekend are rough and I could only get a 12:00 out of Miami.

We want to disembark the ship as quickly as we can (Port of Miami).  I know we need to take our luggage off ourselves.  What are the steps in the process and about how long does it take for an Oasis size ship?

We leave this week and when I try to print our luggage tags I am sent to a page that says the URL can’t be found.  Any advice?

There used to be a button that allowed the user to send an email w/ the thread to their personal email account.  I can't seem to find the button.  Does that function still exist?

I would like to purchase the three device voom stream package.  When I checkout it asks me to select who the package is for.  Because it is a three device package do I just check one name or three?  Obviously it changes the price dramatically.

It is horrible that one group can ruin everyone else’s vacation.  Why doesn’t RCL talk to the travel agent and make it clear such behavior is unacceptable?

Our travel agent indicated we would receive an obc for lunch. Where would I confirm it has been noted in our RC folio? I looked all over the dashboard but couldn’t find anything. Thank you

I am trying to book entertainment and I select 7 for the number of guests (including a 9 & 12 year old) and then select the 7 specific guests but I keep getting an error message saying I need to select 7 guests. I am so ican’t figure what’s going on and RC is closed. Any idea?

In addition to calling Royal, she should work with one of her US Senator’s office. They have people on staff who help break through the bureaucracy in instances like this.

If we get a one device package can I switch back and forth between an iPad and iPhone? During the day i will want to use my iPhone and at night i’ll Want my IPad.

Thank you. We have specialty dining reservations for our second night but in an ideal world we want to switch to another restaurant so I need to check with the maitre d as soon as we board.

Are there any penalties to canceling specialty dining reservations? If so, how far in advance are they triggered?

I’m a new cruiser and sympathetic to the OP. It does make me rethink cruising as a vacation option given how often I read about these type of issues, how RC handled last year’s hurricane season compared to other lines, their horrible IT and general disorganization when it comes to booking dining and entertainment.

Completely my personal opinion, but I think the younger and next generation of cruisers won’t be beholden to any one cruise line. We certainly aren’t beholden to any one corporation for the duration of our careers like my parent’s generation and that approach spreads to other aspects of our life. You require us to sign an unfair contract and we will move on. Customer service matters.

We are about a week out from the 90 day check-in point. Yeah! It’s been a long wait.
