We have already purchased our lounge passes for our returning flight on 10/29 and we are also on the 23:45 departure and have received no notice of any closure of the lounge. Would like to get more info!!

Just made our final payment today for our upcoming cruise in Oct. Will PG be emailing the cruise docs or do we get them from our TA? Since PG did away with the Covid testing, is the 3 page health questionnaire still have to be filled out? Thanks
-
The excursions for our Oct 19th cruise were available for booking this past Monday 8/22.
-
Thanks for there info and will let you know how we make out.

We are flying into LA a day early before our Tahiti flight the following evening and was wondering what time the check in desk opens at LAX?
We would like too ask about an upgrade to business class and maybe spend the $$ for the upgrade. Thanks -
I was wondering about some of the same things and from your other post I think we are on the same cruise, October 19. This trip for us has been 6 years in the planning and postponed 2 times because of Covid. We can't wait!!

Any suggestions for Bora Bora excursions for this coming October?
Does the PG have anything scheduled like a private BBQ like they have for the stop in Taha'a.Thanks

Our October cruise is fast approaching and we were just wondering what the process is these days in purchasing your excursions.
Haven't seen any recent posts and since you can't make them on the website as of the rennet update what is the process and
do they become available 60 or 30 days before your sail date?
Thanks

Now that the website is back up and running and you can mange your trip, will you be able to select your excursions when they become available?
-
Any updates on the website??
-
Anyone have any insight on when the website will let us mange our own bookings again? It's been down all long time.

We are on next years October 16-19 cruise and were wondering if we are allowed to get off the ship on Friday October 28 when its dock on the first day back in port?
We are trying to get ahead start on the flight home. Thanks

Just wondering when the first cruise is scheduled to depart now? We are scheduled for the Dec 4 cruise and like everyone else anxious to see the PG set sail sooner rather than later and really hope that we don't have to reschedule again.

I talked with a PG rep yesterday about some pre stay questions and I also asked her about the drydock renovations and she told me that they weren't planning on doing away with the aft cabins at this time.
I hoping she is correct since we have 767 for our December cruise.

Is the PG still on schedule to make drydock on Feb 6th? Any word on the proposed renovations?
-
Really interested to see if they go through with all the original 2020 drydock plans. Does anyone still have that post where PG listed all they planned to do?
-
I was wondering if the PG was still planning on getting rid of the aft cabins that was planned for the 2020 dry-dock. We had an aft cabin reserved for October 2020 and they did move us to a category B when they thought they were getting rid of the cabins. It was nice to get the upgrade but it would also be nice to stay in our aft cabin 767.

UPDATE:
Cabin 767 and the full aft set of cabins are available since there was NO DRYDOCK!
Moved our Marquesas cruise, yet again, to August 2021 and booked 767!
Hopefully the pandemic will be over next year.
We had cabin 766 booked for our October 14th cruise which we postponed and then eventually canceled. We only had paid our deposit by the time the final payment was due and our TA was able to move our deposit to next years sailing on December 4th, 2021. PG did upgrade our 766 cabin for the October cruise which we lost in transferring our dates but our TA did reserve cabin 767 for us along with saving us some OBC promos. Lets hope for a much better 2021.

I wish I understood what is happening. We are supposed to be on the October 14, 2020 cruise and it's listed as canceled on this sheet. However, when I contacted Paul Gauguin, they said the cruise was still going. It's listed on Paul Gauguin's website, however, it was removed from Ponant's. We have three weeks to go and have plane tickets going to LA earlier, confirmed medical tests for our RT-PCR for $500, and airfare with Air Tahiti Nui which we will need to modify. If this cruise isn't running, I'd sure be glad if someone notified us. There are also two other cruises that are listed as canceled. I'm trying to be as patient as I can, but this is stressing me out!
Its a damm shame that they don't do a good job of communication with future passengers about what is going on. Thats why we jumped ship, lol and moved our trip to next year. Didn't want to go through what you are planning with the layover in LA and the Covid testing and all the unknowns. We were lucky we have a good TA that was able to move our cruise and we didn't lose any of our deposit. Hope it all works out well for you and you can make it there and the cruise actually sets sail. Good Luck

So unfortunately shortly after I wrote this our cruise was cancelled. We will be sailing on the same cruise next year at the same time.
Sorry to hear about the cruise cancellation. Where you offered any future credit or a refund? Still trying to decide before our final payment is due in Sept for our October cruise.

Any word on if any of the August cruises are sailing?
-
We are also on this cruise and are hoping it still sets sail. Anxiously waiting to hear from passengers from the August cruises and how their experiences were traveling and also around the ship. The testing before flying is the biggest obstacle for anyone because of the results not getting back in due time.

Finally heard back from our TA and we got our flights for our Oct 14th cruise.
She originally said is was going to be around $1200/person but it ended up being $1500/person,
she said it had something to do with a 2 day pre stay which doesn't make any sense but it is what it is.
The upgrade to Premium economy was a little higher than anticipated but it should be well worth for the 8.5 hour flight. No we just have to book our flights to LA and we are all set!!
-
Our TA booked our pre-stay and our flight options through PG. TA is still unable to confirm flights or pre-stay options for October 2020.
Ta was able to put us on a paid upgrade list for Premium Economy.
Does anyone know how far out that PG starts confirming pre-stays and flights? Thanks
