There are lots of YouTube videos on how to pack more efficently and they've helped me greatly. I used to bring 8 pairs of shoes with me - now I only bring 3!
We went on a 15 Day cruise with one suitcase each and just one carry-on (an actual carry on that fits the dimensions required - not the monstrosities that people seem to get away with LOL).
To be fair our cruise line (Oceania) had free laundry facilities and it worked out great!
