We're booked on the Sunshine next April for the 04/29 Journeys cruise. I thought I read somewhere , and I might be wrong , that she is scheduled to go into drydock sometime towards the end of this year. Does anyone know if this is correct and any possible changes the ship is scheduled for ??
She just received all the 2.0 upgrades not long ago do not believe she is going back to drydock this soon.:D:D:D

I have 6499, the exact room just on the other side booked for next weekend on the Breeze. I did a lot of research and no one complained about the noise even with the lounge below. We normally stay up pretty late anyways. I am very excited to try it and will be sure to come back and let you know what we thought of the room;)
Had this cabin back in may was really quite nice no noise hardly any noise whatsoever, can see if you are towards the front or midship the people on deck 5 can look up to your balcony, but not in back of ship it narrows the closer the back. You will love this cabin

I am not big on baking so, I personally buy the clear and use it in all of our camping coolers and larger liquid dispensers after each use. Just by pouring some on a paper towel and wiping the inside of the coolers out and leaving the paper towel inside the container keeps the musty smell out until the next time we use them.
Thanks for that bet it smells better than the bleach I use in mine.:D:D

FABULOUS!!!:D
I already upgraded our cabin twice.....after I booked the balcony cabin, I looked around and noticed that I had booked a cabin on deck 9 with an OPEN BALCONY....and decided...no way.............so, upgraded to an large balcony on deck 10 for a few dollars more.............:)
Do people really want those open balcony's??? Wow....it's completely exposed and everyone above you can peer down at you....no privacy at all....it wouldnt be so bad if those balcony's were like on the top deck, but they are on the lowest decks and everyone can see you..........
We also upgraded to a balcony 9272 any one know if this is open or covered. Thanks for any info:D:D:D

the "spirit of the law" is written directly on the cas drink card - "just display this card for free house brand drinks and beverages while playing." a few glasses of wine to go is fine, but there are several people on this board who take it to the extreme, actually boasting about drinking free all week and not playing at all. Posting about taking advantage of something on occasion usually leads to more people taking advantage more often, and expectations rise. And over the years, we have seen many benefits taken away because of this escalation. The key thing is to be discreet by not posting about such matters on a public board, where others read and expect it will be the same for them. I certainly understand that hosts and pbs can look the other way ;) and also provide much much more than a few free drinks, but discretion is very important, both during and after your cruise.
Cas does not bill harrah's (guess it's caesars now) back for drinks, the two programs are not linked on any spreadsheet, only by ownership. Your drink card was actually provided by and said "harrah's" on it? Was it not attached to your cas card at boarding?
