We are booked on Harmony in Novemver and our 7.30 mtd time states at your leisure, I emailed C&A and they have confirmed our 7.30 booking. We also have Oasis booked for next year and we booked the same 7.30 mtd time but that states the 7.30 time in the planner. Its not very consistent!

Where sailing Harmony in Novemver and I have printed new style set sail passes. Can I purchase wow bands with the set sail passes and just use them rather than the pieces of paper?

Thanks for all the comments guys, has anyone ever made a spreadsheet of the desired drinks package prices for different royal ships? I booked our drinks package on our upcoming Harmony cruise last black Friday and I paid more than the price is now. I thought 30% off was great but must have been nieve and booked it thinking I'd got a bargain... I know the exchange rate has been good for the £ound to $ollar lately but doesn't help that much.

Hey guys

As per the title I have been checking prices over several weeks in preparation and hopes of a 4th July sale. I have checked this morning to see a 30% off drinks packages sale on selected sailings splashed all over the UK Royal Caribbean website. I checked and found my sailing is included so looked at prices to find they are exactly the same as they have been over the past few weeks.

Am I missing something or is Royal playing a game?

It worked well booking onboard for us as UK residents, as we were given the choice of the UK or US offer for the same booking. The US offer was cheaper and had more OBC so a clear choice. I then transferred it to my TA. Shows how poorly us UKers fair.

I found a sleeve of photos on top shelf once and I took them home... They are now with the rightful owners after I posted them to Canada. Its nice to be nice! Not sure I would have wanted the responsibility of a wedding ring mind.

Hey guys, we are taking my in-laws away on a cruise and they are panicking about feeling sick. Where in the UK can you get cheap motion sickness tablets? We've never encountered anything in the past but if it puts the mother in law at ease it has to be a winner!

Mine is the same for Harmony 10th November. I have gone back into the planner to edit the booking but within that it still states my original booked time but not in planner. I'm guessing the booking is still there but a glitch doesn't show it in the planner.

For the 6 digit number put a 0 (zero) at the beginning, so if the number is 123456 enter it as 0123456.

Thanks for that but unfortunately I have already tried that and also moving the digits along so they fill the last 6 spaces but it will not accept it.

Hi All

I have just noticed about the changes and couldn't login, I have reset my password and have access although my upcoming cruises do not show. I have left it for 24 hours as it did state that they may take 24 hours to sync.

They still do not show so i have added 2 of them no problem but my third will not add as the reservation number only has 6 digits and not 7. It is the correct number and i had added it with the old site. Should I phone them or leave it for now? The sailing isn't until June 2019.

We are booked in room 10329 which is the end balcony boardwalk stateroom. We were a little concerned but another cc member took a few pictures which look great although I guess it will be different on different decks.

I think one of the problems with Dream is that it picks guests up at more than one island so consequently the clean can only be done at night and any guests that have caught the virus can reinfect the following day.... Bit of a nightmare really

We are joining the Dream on Saturday but lots of reports of severe sickness on board and staff have been cleaning and scrubbing decks. I have contacted Tui to be told there is not an issue at all... Are these lies allowed to be told? How do I report such behaviour?

I understand and accept that I have not travelled and I am acting on hearsay but the amounts of complaints and illness cannot all be wrong or fake.

Would you take your elderly parent on a ship with a "known" health issue?

I know I will get a slating as all previous cruisers of Dream love it however this is more aimed at Thomson than the ship itself. And before anyone says about my "Thomson" name, that is the name on my invoice and the name on my booking so they can call it what they like.

We have a cruise on Harmony Nov 2018 which includes a classic soda package. We intended to upgrade to the top drinks package as we both like cocktails and voddys. Looking at the discount which is approx 25% off I was wondering are we best to book the discounted package and lose the included classic soda package as it looks like we would get a better deal booking now. I'm assuming we would lose the classic soda package? Or would we get a obc to the value of?

Doesn't seem to make any difference as they will do the conversion and when you complain they tell you that they can't reverse it. I understand that sounds negative but twice I checked with guest services and both times I was told my credit card company would do it but no!

As they are guaranteeing direct flights , that seems like a great price!

But as is "from"; I wonder what the actual price is for your specific date?

Could wait any longer so phoned for price and it was indeed £999 pp but unfortunately only flights from Gatwick were left and that wouldn't suit us. We feel so disappointed now 😕

I mostly use these packages as it has major advantages such as they are responsible for getting you to the ship on time etc. Flights normally are only available up to 12 months in advance but you can book now with RCI up to April 2019 as the 18/19 brochure is out. I have an Oct 18 cruise booked now with flight, hotel and transfers included.

I've looked at booking flights and hotels with cruises further out and the cost is huge 😕

After searching different cruises we've found that cruises around the Caribbean appear almost too cheap but unfortunately from the UK the cost of flights take the total cost more than we would like to pay. Looking at the Royal package deals that include hotels, transfers, flights and obviously cruise these seem so well priced... Has anyone tried these deals? At the moment the dates are short ie latest is December 2017. I've attached an example in case these are not available in the US.
