Hi All,
DW has gluten intolerance and can't eat gluten. Any MSC gluten free travelers out there have experiences to share? We are sailing on MSC Seashore 12/23. This is a recent thing and we haven't cruised since it hit her.

Is this the same floor plan on the Splendida. Does 11009 on the Splendida have a room divider?
I know on the deck plan that 11009 doesnt look like it has a divider but it does. It is two rooms. The best balcony of the three is the one on deck 10. It goes further round the front but we had a fantastic view on deck 11. The shortest one is on deck nine which seems to stop before it goes around the corner. We had enough room for a sail away party for 6 people at the front - the bit not in the picture above, although it was a little windy. -

Now, I hope that these threads are being followed by MSC shoreside staff because the website issue is really out of control.
I currently have have 4 Yacht Club bookings and have been only able to access two in the last three weeks. How am I supposed to check into my next cruise where I have already made final payment?
When you phone the Miami office, you get sheepish apologies but no real information as to when the problem will be solved.
It's wonderful that they've spent close to two billion dollars on Meraviglia and Seaside but they HAVE to understand that my cruise experience begins when I log on! Spend the cash and fix it NOW.
It's sort-of treated like a long-standing joke by many of the MSC loyalists but it will be a deal breaker for many potential MSC cruisers.
If Amazon's site stopped working, we would quickly shop elsewhere.
Log into the site using your booking number instead of your username. The cruise info will come up. The next time you log in with your username it will continue to be there. It's worked for me twice on Firefox.

Can you confirm what country you have to be employed in to receive a discount? I am unsure if being a teacher in Scotland would entitle me to a discount.
The rep I spoke to never asked for a country and MSC is a European company and I am from the US. So I don't think it matters. Just call and ask for it. Can't hurt.

We just found out about this as well. I had called in to ask if the status match could be applied to a booking we made a month ago and if we could be a repeat booking discount for a second cruise we want to do next year, but want to book now to get the suite we want. The rep said the only discounts they have are loyalty, military, and civil servant. I asked who qualifies for civil servant? He said government employees and teachers. I was like yes please as I am a college educator. I just had to email a copy of my faculty ID and right away we got 10% off both bookings. I am so excited. He did say they only do it above a certain price point and that balconies and suites qualified. Now I just hope we enjoy MSC. I have cruised on Disney, Celebrity, Princess, and Carnival. Listed in the order of preference.
