I don’t know what you are getting at but on first glance this reflects the Celebrity guidelines for all sailings including Greek ports after September 5th.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • For all sailings visiting Greece, self-tests will not be accepted. Guests who are required to test must complete a supervised COVID-19 test from either an antigen test result taken within 2 days prior to boarding or a negative PCR test result taken within 3 days prior to boarding. The test must be supervised by a health professional, such as a doctor, pharmacy technician, public health worker, or telehealth representative. We are pleased to make supervised test kits available for order pre-cruise below. Fully-Vaccinated** Guests and Unvaccinated Guests may be subject to additional mid-cruise testing.

  2. There are a couple of strings on the Princess board of recent changes to the testing requirements for cruises visiting Greece.  The below is a lift from that board which is also on the Princess site with an update date of September 19.  Still not 100% and up for interpretation.

  3. There are twitter account Global Entry Appointment Alerts.  You can follow that account and be provided up to the minute cancellations at each airport location.  When I first scheduled I was 9 months out and within a few days of monitoring the twitter account I was able to get a next day reservation.  Good luck

  4. We are on a cruise out of Civitavecchia on 10/5 and coming into Rome a few days prior.  Looking to take the high speed train to Salerno and spend two nights on the Amalfi coast and touring Pompeii but want to stay out of the tourist traps .  Have been on Trip Advisor and there are a number of top ranked B&Bs listed.  Do any CC members have experiences with B&Bs in Salerno?

I will begin pricing Venice to ship transfer after the new year.  I'd prefer not to take two trains and a shuttle bus.  I am hopeful private tour companies will also offer a shared shuttle.

FYI, I check this option out for a different X cruise.  Treviso Car Service.  Price from Venice Airport to Ravenna is 330€ by car or 400€ by minivan (8 seats).  As an aside we decided to fly into Bologna (we were in Venice 3 yrs ago). I have a quote for a car service from the hotel in Bologna to the cruise port and its more than half less

  6. I was booked on this one and am also the TA and I received an e-mail notification from Crystal almost six weeks ago. It has nothing to do with water levels, they just decided to cancel the sailing and re-deploy as a 7 night sailing. The alleged reason is "due to demand for shorter cruises", but I'm not sure I believe that.

Roland4 as a TA would you be interested in booking the rest of our itinerary?
