There are a couple of strings on the Princess board of recent changes to the testing requirements for cruises visiting Greece. The below is a lift from that board which is also on the Princess site with an update date of September 19. Still not 100% and up for interpretation.

In 2019 we stayed at the Le Meridian and had a dinner at this restaurant very close to Hotel Ciccerone. Highly recommend https://www.trattoriadellabarchetta.it/

There are twitter account Global Entry Appointment Alerts. You can follow that account and be provided up to the minute cancellations at each airport location. When I first scheduled I was 9 months out and within a few days of monitoring the twitter account I was able to get a next day reservation. Good luck

We are on a cruise out of Civitavecchia on 10/5 and coming into Rome a few days prior. Looking to take the high speed train to Salerno and spend two nights on the Amalfi coast and touring Pompeii but want to stay out of the tourist traps . Have been on Trip Advisor and there are a number of top ranked B&Bs listed. Do any CC members have experiences with B&Bs in Salerno?

I will begin pricing Venice to ship transfer after the new year. I'd prefer not to take two trains and a shuttle bus. I am hopeful private tour companies will also offer a shared shuttle.
FYI, I check this option out for a different X cruise. Treviso Car Service. Price from Venice Airport to Ravenna is 330€ by car or 400€ by minivan (8 seats). As an aside we decided to fly into Bologna (we were in Venice 3 yrs ago). I have a quote for a car service from the hotel in Bologna to the cruise port and its more than half less

Danube very low between Vienna and Bratislava. Low as well between Bratislava and Budapest. You can see a lot of sandbars that should be under water

On the Crystal Mozart for the 10/10 - 20/10 Danube cruise. Itinerary was flipped at the start and we headed to Budapest first instead of the end of the trip. Danube is very, very low as the days have been sunny an highs of 70 degrees. Heading back to Vienna and into Austria---lets see how far we get

I was booked on this one and am also the TA and I received an e-mail notification from Crystal almost six weeks ago. It has nothing to do with water levels, they just decided to cancel the sailing and re-deploy as a 7 night sailing. The alleged reason is "due to demand for shorter cruises", but I'm not sure I believe that.
Roland4 as a TA would you be interested in booking the rest of our itinerary?
-
She said she was never told and heard it is due to river conditions, but 15 months out? Just seems odd
-
Thank you. Its been a non-Crystal type experience trying to get answers. Even on Twitter their social media group said direct message them but they won't follow me back which by definition renders Twitter DM useless
-
Does anyone have any info to share on this? We were rebooked to RMX191010-10 but we received no notice and no one is responding to my inquires at "ask crystal.
Thanks in advance.
