  1. Thank you to everyone’s ideas. I love them. But I was also thinking. More like totes and for them kids the drawstring. And I just thought of an anchor as a name tag. We are on a ship. I know corny. But I don’t want paper ones. Maybe wood like.

  2. Just to add that my sister has one of these that went on the last cruise:

You could get a different color for each. EM

Thank you. I like those and they can use it in the excursions. I was also thinking of doing it in their fav color which I see a few. But I am missing a few fav colors.

The price is a little step since I am buying a lot. Thanks. That is definitely on the right track.

  3. So now I am going even more crazy. I don’t know what type of bag to pick. I was thinking about a tote or some type of messenger bag.

I would like for the bags to be usable after the cruise. And I don’t want the bags for the males to be feminine. Any thoughts. Any pictures. Thanks.

  4. I have sailed on the miracle and planning on sailing from Baltimore. Can anyone tell me about the pride in comparison to the miracle. Which is bigger better. What are the high lights of the pride. All the food stuff. Thank you.

  6. So I am making gift bags for all my family members. Pretty much know what to do for the girls. Pashminas in their favorite color since the ship gets cold and flip flops. For the kids coloring books and a few toys. But for the men I don’t have a clue what to get. I want to get them something in their favorite color. Help.

I am also putting in T-shirt’s.

Should they be a solid color or should that be another gift in everyone’s favorite color? Or that is over doing it.

  9. SO let me get this straight. I can rent a clamshell for $15. Since it only holds 2 I would need 2 because there are 3 of us. What if we wanted to walk around for a while. Would they be there or should we just stay there until we wanted to walk around. Where and when Can I purchase them?

  10. Nicole, I have a stupid question and please forgive me. But when it comes to keeping time, does the ship keep the same time as each port? When you get off should I go by local time or Miracle's time. Sorry, but I have never cruised before. Also, DH and I are in our mid 30's and like to party. What kind of music is played on the ship and in the discos. I am desk dancing already. I am ready to leave now. Especially after reading your blog. I cannot wait. I wake up looking forward to your blog and wondering if you have added anymore, and if not re-read the parts I read already.

  11. I feel like I have hit the lotto. I am going on a cruise with my husband and son in 3 weeks and this subject has been bothering me more than what to pack. My hair is relaxed and the length is in the middle of my back. The problem is it is THICK, THICK, THICK. Did I say thick? It takes me 30-40 minutes to blow dry and I really don't want to spend my time doing my hair on my vacation. I have NEVER had braids or a weave. But was thinking about the cornrows I guess like Tyra had on one of her shows. You can have a side part. But since I never had braids, I don't know how it would look. I don't swim because I wear contacts but plan on being in the water just sitting So I was going to put it up. Any sugesstions. We need our own website.
