Our TA told us that we were put on a waiting list for the time that we preferred and should contact the maitre’d upon arrival.

I waited a couple weeks and called the cruise line directly. The customer service agent I spoke with was able to switch us to our preferred time without issue.

My husband bought me a Mica sized Kelty for our honeymoon cruise. I’ve used it on every trip since (airports to camping trips). It’s a great size and offers lots of pockets and options.

I called CS recently about a question I had. While I was on the phone I mentioned to the gentleman that we were celebrating our 10th anniversary. He mentioned that he would look for similar couples for us to dine with. (He also mentioned we could expect a gift on our 2nd night of cruising.) He was seriously more helpful in those 10 minutes than our TA has been since I booked last July. [emoji53]

We love dining at the same time every night and with the same people. It’s nice to meet that one time a day and hear about the excursions everyone did or their stories from the day. It’s just something we especially enjoy when cruising.

Our travel agent booked a handicap room for us. It's the same price as the others, but the room size is larger. Also the balcony is a bit larger, the bathroom is bigger.....that might be something to consider.

We spent a little more and got an ocean balcony room for our honeymoon (10 years ago now, damn). We'll never go back. The best was to order room service for breakfast and to eat together out on the balcony. Amazing!

The windjammer will also cover a plate with plastic wrap if you want to bring cookies, fruit or a slice of cake back to your room for later.:)

I think some folks don't know that there's no problem with you taking food and drinks back to your room. In the past we've requested an extra dessert from dinner and taken it back to our room for later. Ain't no shame in our game! :')

My husband read about punch cards that are available on like the 4th day of cruising. Have y'all heard of this?

We wouldn't drink enough to make the drink package worth it. Also I don't want to feel pressured to drink, and of course if we paid that price I would certainly feel like I needed to make it worth it.
