Having cruised on all 3 ships within the past year, I will submit to you my two cents. IMHO my number one choice would be Vision. I found the staff to be amazing, the ship has an old school feel, and for Midwesterners, Baltimore is the easiest port logistically. Pack a sweater for the first and last days. Whatever your choice. . .enjoy!

My family & I were on the July 26 4-nighter on Empress. Regarding room temp, when we boarded it seemed warm, but after the sail away it was nice & cool for the rest of the cruise. Our room was 3rd floor interior with 4 people in the room. Enjoy your cruise!!

Anthem Deck 6 Port Aft Noisy?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
We were recently in 6254 (guaranteed balcony) on Anthem’s October TA. We found that room to be quiet. Being rather close to Cafe 270 was nice for breakfast. Yes, the balcony views are obstructed on deck 6, but the room was very nicely apportioned and its location on the ship was perfect. We felt that it was a lucky draw for a guaranteed room. I hope you have the same positive experience we had.
