Cruiser Pilot

We're just off the ship and I agree this is a scam to save fuel. Progresso is a dump. 

We're booked on Sea Princess 7/9/19 Dover to New York. Cost of everything onboard is more expensive due to being an Australian (AUD) based ship. We have US$ based OBC from onboard booking bonus and shareholder credits. Princess converts 1:1, a real ripoff. I've sought a solution by called and writing customer support and told there is nothing they can do. The response and hold times are ridiculously long and attitudes not customer friendly. Prior to this we've had 27 Princess cruises with positive Princess experiences. Has anyone else found a solution?

What a mess arriving in Puerto Rico today. This morning's porter strike blocked the entrance to the port and left Royal Caribbean flat footed and ill prepared. We waited in the express walk off lounge for 30 minutes after the scheduled departure before the first announcement as to what was causing the delay and then almost 2 hours to walk off with very few interim updates. Finally we were told bags were not being unloaded, but once off the ship we found a large number of guests without bags were allowed off the ship prior to express walk off. Evidently this is not the first porter strike, so Puerto Rico passengers beware how poorly the port and Royal Caribbean are prepared to handle this.
