    I went on my first cruise Oct 2017.

    I've been on 4 so far. all solo.

    on Norwegian they have activities geared towards solo travelers. I've had a blast. met really nice people. if you like doing things when you want, whenever you want. enjoy the experience. I was nervous at first. I had never gone away on vacation alone before. now I can't think of anyway to travel.

    Join meet and mingle

    First full day at sea.

    There is a solo get together every day at 5pm in the studio lounge. Great way to meet new friends. I join every group that was available on here, shipmates, Facebook. Before we even set sail I had made a lot of friends. Good luck.

    Enjoy your cruise. I'm going on my 2nd solo cruise January 6 on Escape.

    I also went on my first solo cruise last October and loved it. I'm looking forward to doing it again! I cruised NCL and liked the solo gatherings each night which made it easy to find someone to dine with if you wanted.
    Which ship were you on?

    Went on my first cruise last October as a solo. Had a blast.

    Booked my next 3 cruises also solo. Don't be afraid to step out and try something new. I'm so glad I did. I met wonderful people on my first cruise. Some are even coming to Alaska with me Sept 2019. Some of the friends we make cruising are some of the best.

    Jan 2018 Cunard Panama Canal Cruise

     

    Prematurely made reservation/booking in May...unable to find anyone to accompany me...never been on a cruise..really want to cancel:(

    I was really nervous about doing my first cruise solo. I met a lot of people who were friendly and went out of their way to include me in activities. Give it a chance

    42 year old solo female traveler. First time cruiser too. Will be taking 14-day Caribbean cruise on HAL Neiw Amsterdam starting on December 23rd. I am very excited and looking forward to it.
    Welcome to the cruising family!

    Went on my first a month ago on NCL Breakaway. Fantastic experience. It is addicting.
