We always use Park N Cruise across the street from the cruise terminal. We prefer indoor parking. Sometimes we'll park and roll our bags over ourselves and sometimes DH will drop me and the bags, park and walk back himself. I don't know of any discount codes, sorry. We always pre-book online, too, to make sure we have a spot.
We have used Lighthouse Parking. They have covered parking, not indoor, and have a shuttle to and from the terminal. They have been a great place to park. Was thinking of using the Indoor parking on our cruise in November, but someone said the indoor parking is very hard to get a larger vehicle in and out of. Is Park N Cruise easy to get a large SUV in and out of the parking spots? Thanks.

Thanks, I understand it now. I want to thank everyone on this board for answering all my questions in a very timely manner. I think we are about ready to cruise.

First time cruising Carnival. Purchased some water in the Fun Shops and while there saw the Cruise Cash Bar. Since we do not drink a lot, I purchased a small amount of the Cruise Cash bar. Later when finishing my sign in, I attached a credit card to my Sail & Sign card. Can anyone tell me the difference in the Cruise Cash and the Sail & Sign? Also, can we use the Sail & Sign anywhere, even at the specialty coffee shop? Thanks.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't believe any of the hotels in Galveston were effected by the storm. Many of them are being used for temporary housing for evacuees from the surrounding areas that received more damage than Galveston.
You are correct, I live about 15 minutes from the cruise terminal and 20 minutes from the Seawall and beach. We got lot of rain and wind, but not anywhere close to what Houston got. I have been into Galveston several times after Harvey and all the roads are clear and cannot even tell a storm came thru. None of the hotels were flooded that I have heard about. All is back to normal.

Thanks for the information. It has been about 2 weeks since I made the reservation. I will email them. Thanks again.

We are sailing on the Breeze in late November. I made reservations at the Steakhouse but have not received any confirmation of the reservation. I was never asked for any type of payment, I assumed it would be added to my bill. I have not seen anything on my Cruise Details. Does anyone know if a confirmation of the reservation is sent. Maybe it is too early to book reservations? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the review. We are going on the Breeze in November, but going to Bahamas. Guess what , we have the very same cabin you had, #7462. I am glad to hear it was a nice room, I was a little worried about it from some of the other posts. If you have any pictures of the room, I sure would like seeing them. Thanks again for the great review.

It should be banned everywhere. Just my opinion.

I was wondering the same thing. I went ahead and purchased it without checking it out first, but if anyone knows for sure and it is not what they say it is, maybe I can cancel the order. Thanks.

We are sailing on the Breeze in November and booked a Aft balcony room. On the deck plan, it looks like some of the balconies are longer than others (the ones in the middle). Ours is the 2nd from the end on Deck 7. Does anyone know anything about these rooms? Was wondering if the shorter balconies toward each end has an obstructed view, due to the longer balcony on one side? Thanks for any information.

Thanks everyone for all the good information. It will be our first time at these Ports, sounds like a lot to do and see.

We are sailing on the Breeze in late November. Going to Key West, Freeport and Nassau. I have read on the board that there is nothing within walking distance at Freeport so an excursion is about the only way to see anything. Can someone tell me if any shops or anything to do around the Ports at Key West and Nassau. Was thinking about just walking around instead of an excursion, but would like to see the beach. Thanks for any information

Does the same apply for prescription meds? I thought I read somewhere that prescription meds had to be in the original container, not in a pill box or loose. Thanks for any information on this.

Thanks for the information, I understand it now. I will keep an eye on it and hope it changes, if not, not a big deal. It sounds like there are plenty of good places to eat. I appreciate the feedback. Thanks.

We will be sailing on the Breeze in November. I requested Your Time dining but on the details of my cruise , for Dining it has Late Dining (Confirmed) and Your time dining (Waitlisted). Not sure what this means, can I do either? On another thread, it appears that if you have an assigned dining time, you cannot change to Your time dining. I tried to edit and choose Your time dining and it says , no change detected and leaves it with both dining options. Also, if I do have to go with the late assigned dining option, can we request a table for 2 or will we be assigned to a large table? Thanks for any help.

I've gotten it 2 weeks before. It always seems to be sold out when I book but have always been able to get it eventually. Always after midnight. Once I got up to the bathroom at 3 am and checked and it was available!
How do you check for the FTTF? New to Carnival.

We are sailing on the Breeze in Nov, 2017. It will be our first cruise on Carnival, wondering if they have Lobster night and if so, does anyone know the night? We want to book a specialty restaurant but do not want it to be on same night as lobster night, if they have one. Thanks.
