ello Oceania INSIGNIA ATW 2019 & Dubai-Rome Segment Cruisers —This is the standard "tickler” I send each Segment, this time for our upcoming Dubai-Rome Segment's Meet & Mingle. Once again we will use Horizons forward section, starboard/right side this coming TUESDAY (14 May) at 10AM. FYI, there could be needlepoint finishing up on the port (left) side, or some other Insignia activity going on.We'll start by MEETING those who joined us in Dubai, with self-introductions. Then we will open it up to anyone who needs to coordinate and/or finalize shared independent shore excursions, followed by time to MINGLE.As usual, this is a no-host event, so please wear your name tag to make it easier to meet & mingle. Also, please pass this on to others on Insignia, since there will be no announcement in the Currents and not everyone will be up to date on Cruise Critic. Attendance is open to anyone interested.Looking Forward to Getting Together on Monday — Ryan

Greetings Oceania INSIGNIA ATW 2019 & Singapore-Dubai Segment Cruisers —
Well, we’re now on the next leg of this journey, so it’s time for another “tickler” — this time it’s for our upcoming Singapore-Dubai Segment's Meet & Mingle.We'll again be using Horizons, forward section, starboard/right side. Except it will be on the MONDAY, 29th of April, at 10AM. This is a slight delay from normal, because we have three consecutive port days currently in front of us. The 29th is our first Sea Day of this segment.FYI, once again there will be Needlepoint finishing-up on the port (left) side.As usual, we'll start by MEETING those joining us in Singapore, with self-introductions. Then we will open it up to anyone who needs to coordinate and/or finalize shared private shore excursions for the Singapore-to-Dubai Segment. Then there will be time to just MINGLE.As is also usual, this is a no-host event, so please wear your name tag, so it will be easier to meet & mingle. We'll start by MEETING those joining us in Tokyo, with self-introductions. Then we will open it up to anyone who needs to coordinate and/or finalize shared private shore excursions. Then there will be time to MINGLE.

Greetings Oceania Insignia ATW & SYDNEY Segment Cruisers —
Just as a tickler here, but I wanted to remind all you onboard Insignia that we will have our Sydney-Tokyo MEET & MINGLE -- this time on TUESDAY (5 Mar), in Horizons on the starboard (right) side at 10AM. (FYI, there will be Needlepoint finishing-up on the port (left) side.)
As usual, this is a no-host event, so please bring your own name tags, so it will be easier to mingle. This is a GREAT time to coordinate and finalize shared Shore Excursions. Also, feel free to invite others who might not check CC or get my follow-up eMail.
Attached is the latest iterations of the CC Roll Call, one prioritized by CC UserName and another by ports.

MIAMI MEET & MINGLE
Just as reminder to all onboard Insignia after we leave Miami, we decided earlier to hold a MEET & MINGLE for NYC, Miami, LA, Sydney, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, and Rome at 10AM on the first sea day after leaving each port -- whenever possible. I checked with the Insignia staff and Wednesday, Jan 16 (since the 15th is NOT a sea day) at 11AM in Horizons works for them. (They will even try to have refreshments for us.)
The reason for delaying an hour is because they will be hosting a 9:45AM reception for all ATW passengers that morning in the Insignia Lounge -- thereby conflicting with our previously planned time.
Again, this is a no-host event, so please bring your own name tags. And thanks to all those who participated following NYC.
