I wanted to use Native Ways but can't them to respond either. I left her a telephone message, sent an email and filled out the online form. Disappointing because they do get great reviews.

We will book most on our own but (1) I want to book a cabana; and (2) because I have the excursion credit, I would at least like to see my options.

I can't believe some of you are on cruises in a month and nothing is listed!!

You must be on the 12/30 Epic cruise? Yeah, I’m not thrilled, especially when they clearly have excursions set for those ports. Why can’t they just open them to us?

I'd really like to book a cabana and also we have the $50 per port credit. I really hope they don't wait until we board to post the excursions! What a nightmare having everyone trying to book at once.

We are on the Epic at the end of December and they still only have 3 excursions available for our cruise. Anyone else encountering this problem that is leaving in the next few months? I understand that our stops changed, but once they changed them, why not open up the excursions to book? I am specifically miffed about the cabanas not being open to book.

We have booked a suite in the Haven over the holidays. While I don't think the new section for the Haven will be finished by then, is there an existing area for Haven guests? If not, I guess we need to book a cabana??

We are in the Haven for the first time this June. Did your butler/conceirge book your show tickets for you? Do you get better seats than other cruisers? Wondering if the shows are appropriate for kids - (ours are 14, 13, 7).

We are sailing on the Epic in June, and it's our first time to book a Haven suite. I'm wondering if I need to make reservations online for the shows or whether our concierge can get our seats when we are onboard. Do we get better seats being in the Haven for the shows?

We have a group of 10 flying into San Juan the day before our cruise in early June. Does any one know how much it costs to take a taxi to Old San Juan where our hotel is located? I'm wondering if it might be easier to arrange a transfer with a private company. Just wanted to compare the costs.

I can use points to book the Sheraton Old San Juan for the one night we are arriving prior to departing on our Carnival cruise out of San Juan. A friend is telling us this is an awful part of Old San Juan and do not stay at this hotel. The reviews are Trip Advisor are great to so-so to bad. All over the board in other words. However, it doesn't require a two-night stay and seems to be very convenient to touring Old San Juan. Any input appreciated!

1. Is it in a bad part of Old San Juan?

2. Is it too far from the attractions of Old San Juan where we adults and our kids (14, 12, 6) will be walking?

If we don't stay here, I'm afraid we will spend a lot of $ and time taking cabs back and forth from another hotel so we can tour Old San Juan and get to the cruise terminal.
