  1. This is our first time on Indy, currently enroute from Palm to Lisbon and wow she is amazing, here with my wife, kids and parents (separate cabins obviously :) ). We have had no issues with public space at all and the ship is apparently at full occupancy, windjammer got a little bit busy one morning just before closing time but I put that down to a mad rush of people dragging themselves out of bed at the last minute following a few too many cocktails the night before :D. Getting on and off the ship has been very smooth with no long queues. The kids absolutely love splashaway bay and slides, will be doing the laser tag and trampoline over the next few days.

The service in the main dining room, I am really lost for words at the level of service we are getting from the waiter, assistant waiter and head waiter. We cruised last year with a competitor and the service we have received has blown them out the water.

I've asked my wife, kids and parents what did they prefer royal caribbean or who we went with last year and all have said roya Caribbean. Btw my wife had cruised previously on a couple of occasions and wouldof normally of chosen the other but even she is taken back by the service that rc are delivering.

Auto correct typo enroute not reroute

  3. How much for fish and chips!!!! Don't think I will be having any at that price!

Totally shocked by RC charging for this, surely main reason for a cruise is for the food and not having to.pay extra unless of course you are heading to one of the ultra fine dining restaurants. But fish & chips come on !!!. On the ship in 5 weeks time and really looking forward to it, safe to say will not be getting any fish & chips!!. Also noticed from some vids looks like they have fitted coke freestyle machines, which is good news :)

  4. I received an email offereing "up to" 30% discount. When I checked the price for our up coming cruise on the Navigator next month, the price is the same its always been. £41.80 a day - quite a lot for 14 days.... No way am I going to drink nearly £600 ($750) of alcohol. I want to be able to see where I am going, not be drunk for 2 weeks. If thats anyone's kind of holiday then you have problems and try AA

Totally agree with you, shocked that the cost for the drinks package on the cruise we have booked next year is £50 per day, on the boat for 14 nights, no way would I spend that amount on a drinks package, to me this is over charging. If the cost lowered by 30% then I'd be tempted. Wish they didn't ditch the select package as that seemed reasonable and contained beer which is my preference.

  5. Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reply and the welcome :)

Can see that they are adding waterslides, escape room, trampoline park & laser tag. So hoping they will add Splashaway, as my son caught a video of it last night and was just wow. Know they have H2O zone, but splashaway bay looks immense. Not sure what else is planned in the dry dock though as full details not published yet and they may keep some surprises under wraps.
