we chose to stay near the port, at hotel best western olimpia, which was great ! it is right by Piazzale Roma where the airport bus stops and we actually walked to our ship - it is about 20min. walk on a busy street, but it is doable - unless u have kids and lots of luggage, then take a taxi, but it's very close - u are also about 30 min. walk to the main sightseeing sites in venice .. highly recommend this hotel.

is anybody arriving in arlanda airport around 14-15hrs this saturday 26 Aug. and would like to share a taxi ride to the cruise port FINNHAMN for Costa Mediterranea ?

costa has a group shuttle (but they didn't know what time it goes LOL) for €30p.p./per leg but we might have to hang around a few hrs .. bus or A-express implies a few changes .. so i just thought if anybody else is arriving around the same time we could share a ride. We are 2 adults, 2 carry on bags + 1 suitcase :)
