Any recommendations on hotels that cater to the cruisers with shuttle, decent pricing, etc? No bed bugs, please...

We are contemplating pulling the trigger on the Miami 4 day trip to Great Stirrup and Bahamas in February...I am sure this has probably been covered in another thread but there are so many to go through, I started a new one! Leave it to the new guy! lol....So, questions...will it be way too cold, cloudy on that trip in Feb? Snorkeling good if not too cold?? Pros and Cons of the trip we should be aware of as far as walking around in Bahamas etc??? First time ...clearly daft! lol...Anything we should know about the Sky?? or the Jade? which one better??
