For our group the TC credit was split amongst the rooms and it paid our gratuities for each person.

We are travelling with 12 people (all family) and we just discovered that the TA put some of us in early traditional seating and some of us in late traditional dining. Why the TA did that, I don’t know. If we wanted to change to my time dining, do you think that we’d be able to prior to our cruise? We’d all like to eat together, but I don’t know how feasible it would be with my time dining. We’ve already prepaid our gratuities, so it should be easy, no? Suggestions?

No, if he has your Seapass he can get you a drink and pay for his separately.
Thank you! I just wanted to make sure that he wasn’t turned away because he had my card.

Is anyone else having trouble checking in via the app? It keeps kicking me out as soon as I get to the onboard payment part. I thought the app was supposed to make my life easier? Smh.

I’m planning on buying the refreshment package for myself. Hubby doesn’t want one. If I were just lounging around and my hubby gets my drink for me while getting one for himself, will they give my drink to him with my seapass? Or do I always have to get my drink myself?

We have 14 going in a few weeks and have been given a large oval table at the bottom of the staircase that fits 14. Email RCLDining@rccl.com a few weeks before your cruise. They even emailed me a photo of the dining room pointing out our table.
Great suggestion. I will email them. Thank you!!

Are all of you under one reservation? If not, have you linked your reservations? Otherwise, if they don't know you are a group, you could all be in separate area
We’re all under different ressies although we booked as a group through the TA (if that makes sense). I think that we should talk to the maître d once we board. Thanks!

We’re sailing on the Allure and we’re sailing with a group of 14. We have traditional late seating for dinner. Would they put us all at one table to eat? Would they separate us? Just curious how dining would work with such a large group.

Interesting thoughts. Thank you everyone for the comments! We’re (my husband and myself) sailing Allure this year, and are trying to decide on what to do next year. Symphony sounds... alluring. ;)

Has anyone used the Starbucks app at Starbucks on the Allure? I know you can use the gift cards but will the app work?

Taxes and port fees are usually about $125pp. So in other words, you found a base fare of $425pp for OV balcony on Allure, and you received no discounts?
I'm going to have to call bull on that one...
Probably $1100 pp. Because I’m also sailing in August on Allure and if you paid $425 pp I would be highly pissed because I’m paying almost $1300 pp.

When I was on the Oasis about 6 years ago, we asked for Jamaican food and we got it. The chefs in the kitchen were Jamaican so almost every night we got some Jamaican dish or another in the MDR. It was heavenly!

I took advantage of the Voom 2 device package. I bought it on the last sale 3 weeks ago for $199. For the Memorial Day sale it went down to $186. I canceled it and rebooked it.

Still showing $45 deluxe drinks for 7 nights on harmony in October. I hoping for the bogo offer. Does anyone think this might come back around?
That is the bogo. I called to inquire and bogo is based on the original price. The discount of $45 per package reflects that. In other words, it’s not getting cheaper than $45.

Voom still shows the same prices I've been seeing all along.
Actually it was a bit cheaper for me. During the last sale a few weeks ago, I bought a 2 device Voom Surf and Stream for $199. I just repriced it and got it for $186. It’s $13 but that’s one extra drink for me. I called to cancel the package and rebook it.

I got an email saying that the deluxe drink package was buy one, get one 50%. But when I enter it in my cruise planner, it was the price for 2 packages (although it was $47 per package). Should I call them to see what’s up?

I sail the Allure on August 12 I I was checking my cruise planner and the refreshment package was on sale for $18. That’s a pretty good deal. They reduced the price of the Surf and stream Voom as well.

I made my final payment yesterday. My TA said there’s a WOW sale going on. Let me see what I can do for you to get a lower price or maybe an upgrade in category. She went away and came back and said that I should keep the price that I have. It was actually $300 more if I booked with the WOW sale. It would give me a $75 obc but that’s not worth it. Sometimes WOW sales aren’t so “wow”.

We’re booked on Allure for a family vacay … 3 balcony rooms on 14, not too far from the kids areas, a bit more mid ship. When I checked the rooms out, we’re directly under the main pool/whirlpool area. I highly doubt we’ll be in our room much during the day, but how noisy do you think it may get in that location? Will it be unbearable noise with the deck chairs and such?

Question about Set Sail Pass on App and Online
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Always bring a paper copy as a back up. I have my set sail pass on my phone, but I have a printed copy just in case. Because I’m a tech savvy type of gal, I would prefer to use my phone, but I will have the paper docs in my hand luggage just in case.
