I cruised on the Radiance Australia/New Zealand, November 2014. It was a good cruise, loved the stops. The Radiance could use some updates as it is showing the wear in some places. They were trying to replace carpets in some of our rooms while we were in them. We said no way. We were on Deck 7 aft. My friends had an inside cabin #7587 and they had major sewer issues. No one else had issues in the balcony cabins but you could get a whiff of the odor now and then. Not very pleasant.

Bring back the chocolates on my pillow and crown and anchor gifts, better service overall, on the wash and fold laundry deal please do not destroy my clothes and at least have them come back in good enough shape to wear. The shopping needs to improve onboard. Same sales and junk each cruise. Need more nice logo wear from men & women. I still love to cruise RCCL but things are changing and not all in a positive way.

I have been trying for days to book shore excursions for myself and my group. I had booked them and they have been cancelled by RCCL, no explanation, just a glitch! Then I spend the time and get them in the cart and get a message, our website is on vacation, sorry please try again later. I really think this is unacceptable and they should get it together or shut it down until it working properly.
