Any suggestions for costumes to bring for a Halloween cruise?

Like Biker19 says -- if you can live with just having it in, or near, ports I wouldn't spend the money on the package.

Boots or hiking shoes for glaciers?

Clothes to wear on ship? Excursions? formal night?

What are clothing MUST HAVES?

have Verizon and it free for United States. 

Leaving Seward and disembark in Vancouver. 

Internet can be very slow at times. We had no problems connecting in our stateroom and the Solarium.
