Our room was 7056 and BF's parents were in 7054. There's a door that was below us that was constantly being slammed shut making it difficult to sleep. BF's parents could hear it too but not as bad since the door was directly below us. We had to call Guest Relations 4 nights in a row and the 5th day we went to talk to the manager at Guest Relations since he left us a voicemail.
At first we were told it was a door to a pantry. When we talk to the Guest Relations manager, he determined it was a door used by the casino manager. He told us that he advised the casino manager not to slam the door but obviously his orders weren't followed. I told him to put a sign on the door as a reminder but he argued with me that telling the casino manager was sufficient. He compensated us with a 15% discount on a future cruise to be used within a year which I feel now isn't adequate but at that time I thought the problem was resolved. The door was sometimes closed carefully but most of the time it wasn't and this would happen well into the night around 2AM until the casino emptied I supposed. Only 2 nights it was quiet enough for me to sleep after midnight. We gave up with calling the Guest Relations manager because it would just aggravate us then we really wouldn't be able to sleep. He said he didn't work at that hour and would have to get up and go to the casino manager to tell him to stop. On those previous nights, he would then call us back and then we were wide awake and angry.
There was no way by looking at the deck plans that there would be doors below us. We thought it would be safe since it just looked like a hallway between the casino and sports bar. The ship was booked full so we were not able to change rooms.
Please note that while this was irritating, it did not ruin my cruise but my BF isn't sure he'd want to sail with RC again. Luckily we were able to take naps in the afternoon during port days when the casino wasn't opened.

I do the same except I punch a hole on top and attach them to the handles with a zip tie...easy peasy! Never lost a tag either.
