We booked in March for the November 4th sailing of the Oasis of the Seas. Got a room assigned in mid April. We did guarantee ocean balcony.

We just got off the Royal Caribbean ship - Serenade of the Seas. Four of the individuals on the bus were from our boat. We were told that one of the individuals passed away. So tragic...

To jump on this thread, what about at night? We will have 10 and almost 7 year old. After they go to bed, what do most parents do. Do you split up and one parent stay behind and the other go do something or are there baby sitters available? Thanks!

It is important that all activities of children comply with the minimum heightthat is 1.22 meters or 4 feet otherwise they can not do the activity.

 

People under 16 years of age must do the activity with at least one adult.

Regardless if it can be done or not why would you send your kids alone? Get the observation pass for the adults if nothing else

I am sorry if my post was not clear, we are going to get the observation pass at a minimum. I just wanted to know if we do, (1) can the kids go alone, or do they need at least 1 adult in the water with them, and (2) can we see them from the observation area.

So, we are looking at this shore excursion for our family (2 adults and 2 kids - 6 and 10). The kids really want to do to the dolphin swim and dive. For those that have done it, can we send the kids alone? The website is not clear if they can go alone. If we get the observer pass, will we be able to see the kids and take pictures? Or, is it better to send them with one adult. Thanks!

HOw do you book swim with dolphins on your own? It says on their website that they don't do online reservations. I don't want to pay cruise lines prices.
