I was on the cancelled cruise- the Gem out of NYC on 11/11. My travel agent told us we would be getting a full refund. Still have not received anything. Anyone else out there receive their's? This is so frustrating. There were 7 of us on this cruise and we all took vacation time. We had wanted to use our refund to enjoy at least part of our vacation. In the least we were hoping to rebook another cruise. Cannot do that without a refund. Ugh.

This is so disheartening. My kids and entire family are at a loss as to what to do now with this cancellation. We have been planning forever. So sad. Not even sure where to begin. Ugh
