How many star class cabins are on the Harmony? Also how much do you typically tip your concierge? We are sailing with Jeremias for the second time in June and he's been fantastic, I really want to take care of him for his services.

Does Harmony not allow you to sign online waivers before the actual cruise? I remember doing this in the past but now its just allowing online check in.

Ok I realize this is a silly question... however I'm curious... In the past we always received a gift in our suite when we booked. Fruit, wine, candies, etc. Has anyone that cruised lately and booked via phone with RC received a gift in their room?

Can Suite guest still order food from the main dining room menu on the Harmony to be delivered to the stateroom (like room service)? I know we could on Oasis and Allure, however I realize room service changed last year.

Do the people who cruise often use travel agents or book through RC? We only cruise about once a year, we opt for a suite when we cruise (more room for the family). Just curious the best route and also what travel agent you would recommend for RC.

We love the drink package for our frozen cocktails by the pool and a glass or two of wine at dinner, but have never used it for soda. Does it work for the soda machines on the ship as well? Do we get the refillable cups with the package?

I would like to order my husband a drink package for our cruise, but I don't drink do we need to order 2 now? In the past when we booked a suite we only needed one drink package.
