Does anyone know how strict they are on check-in times at the Port of New Orleans? We have priority boarding but another family that is going with us has a check-in time of 1:00-1:30. We were hoping that the other family could check-in before 1:00 but didn't want to show up at the port to only have them get told to come back later. We are leaving on the Dream this Sunday.

How late does the Alchemy Bar stay open? We were on the Dream two years ago and the bar was not an Alchemy Bar but was a 'higher end" bar compared to other bars on the ship. We enjoyed that bar almost every night and watched the entertainment. I was thinking that other Alchemy Bars don't stay open later into the night.

We were on the Elation a couple of years ago and there was a singer/guitar player named Clint. We like country and he could play just about any artist we asked for along with non-country. He was on of those people that played different places on the boat during the cruise. Not sure if he still plays or not but we looked up daily which bar he was playing at and we would go drink there during the evenings.
