I haven’t cruised in about 15 years and only on Royal Caribbean. Just found out my son and some friends are heading out on the Magnifica soon. I think a 4 nights cruise. And I don’t think any of them know what they are doing. Though one is a seasoned traveler
I’m assuming since they were able to book that they are allowed to cruise being under 25 (they’re all 22-23). I seem to think that was a minimum age previously.
How are tips done? I know we’ve always added them at the end of the cruise but I believe some are prepaid now? These can go on credit cards yes? Or will they need cash? I totally can’t remember how this was done and they may not have good access to cash.
What about the dress code for dinners on a 4 night? Certainly there’s no formal night? I just want them to be prepared.
My son knows nothing about anything as someone else planned it. I do know they all have passports at least LOL!
