I just sailed on Pride last week. Great time.
They were still offloading passengers at 12 noon and we arrived back in port a little early. We didn't leave parking lot until 12:15 and there were people behind us.
I wouldn't suggest getting there much before 12 as you may just have to stand around waiting until they are ready to welcome new guests.

Was just on the Pride last week. There wasn't anyone checking the selected check-in times when we arrived. We had 2-2:30, arrived about 2:20, practically no wait. Only delay was the couple in front of us didn't have their forms or ID ready and had to wait for them to dig those out of their carry-on.
I think it actually took us longer to walk up the gangway than go through the security and check-in. And I don't mean that in a bad way, there was no delay on the gangway either.

It is your room key, ID for getting on and off the ship and charge card for any onboard purchases.
