Had the same problem, spent 4 hours on phone yesterday, never got anywhere,  Was on the phone early this morning, Talked  to a real person.  Was shorted like everyone else on FCC.  They researched it.  They do not give FCC on taxes and fees and all other items that you purchased like internet and shore excursions and prepaid gratuities.  I was given a case number and they did refund some of the fees already.  I am waiting for the reply, but it might be a few weeks after their major cluster in how they handled it.  Keeping m finger crossed/ I can only image how their handling refunds.   

Hi, I use My Time solo all the time. Just make reservation ta a certain time. When you arrive ask for a table for one. They will usually give you the same table each night. OR If you Just show up they will seat you solo but different table each night. So the choice is yours if you want the same servers each night or different ones each night.

Hi, I used Google maps from Copenhagen airport to my Hotel. I was able to see which train to use and how far the walk was from train to Hotel. It was very close for me.

Here is a map of the piers in San Juan 1 to 6 are in Old San Juan. Fort area is at top of map. all very walkable

Good Morning, the ships in for the day use the Pan American pier in Old San Juan The ships that leave on cruises to and from SJ use the pier across the bay from there. It can change when there is more ships in port.

I hope this helps. Easy walk around Old San Juan to forts and all areas.

Hello, your talking about Luggage Valet. Check with RCCL and see if it is available on your cruise.

Taxi to Airport terminal 1 and rental car agencies in building across from there. Book way ahead and have a car reserved

Hi, no guest power strips allowed. Ask your room attendant and they will bring one to you. Learned hard way when they make you go to the naughty room to claim the one you tried to bring on.

Had same problem, cleared my cookies on the RCCL site and now it works like it should, Just a suggestion
