Cruise was scheduled for March 22. Canceled on first day allowed-March 15. Have called numerous times to be told they are doing refunds by a) sailing date and b)refund request date. Nothing.
I realize HAL has thousands of refunds to return, but this is not acceptable. We are so close to being 5 star mariners, and that is probably where it will stay. Next step is credit card company.

HAL canceled our March 22 cruise. We responded to receive a full refund on the first day allowed-March 15. Have called many times being told something different by each HAL representative.
Still waiting for refund on our Neptune suite. 76 days and counting...
