I meant the copies of the parents/guardians passports/drivers licenses. But the forms have to be notarized?

We are traveling with a minor, whose parents aren't going to be on the cruise. We have the form. It is already filled out and signed. All we have to do is take it to the terminal with us Sunday along with copies of the passports/driver's licenses when we sail Sunday, right? They don't require that you fax it or anything, right?

We are sailing on the Getaway July 15-22 of this year and staying in the Haven Owner's Suite. I had heard somewhere that if you stay in the Haven that Margaritaville lunch was free for Haven guests only on embarkation day. Is this true?

Quick question, are all of the muster stations on the same deck? If so what deck is it? Thanks!

If anyone has any reviews or pictures of The Owner's Suite (cabin 16700) on the Getaway, they would be greatly appreciated. I know there are pictures and reviews across the internet, but I was just wondering if anyone had any they would want to post in this thread. Thanks!

So if I’m understanding you correctly, the pre-paid includes everything else (ex. Dining, room steward, etc), but not the butler and concierge. So, tip them depending on how much we feel is right and how much we use them, correct?

If they are not included, how much is a good amount a day per person?

We are new to NCL (Normally we cruise on Disney, but wanted to try something different). I noticed that on the site, you can add pre-paid gratuities. I know that much, but we are in The Haven Owner's Suite on the Getaway coming this July. My question is, do those pre-paid gratuities include the butler? Thanks!
