Interesting topic.

I haven't warn my dress uniform in years. In fact I was still active Army.

I would not of even thought of bringing it on a cruise ship for formal night. I can't imagine Army is an different than any other branch. We were not permitted to wear it anytime, other than a military function, wedding or a funeral.

I went two years ago, on carnival in a cast. Went through customs in LA, and Miami. They took a smear of my cast. No big deal. You'll be fine

I can't recall which deck the coffee shop is, but there is one.

There are plenty of chairs on deck 11 for smoking.

It's not a bad ship.

Our last cruise was on the Dream, bigger and newer.

Going on the splendor again in April. It is a little pink for my taste, all in all a good ship. Does have a little bit of on odd layout
