How far is the Blue Hole from the Montego Bay port?

I agree, both those places would be great, Blue hole 1st rather than the Falls that tend to be a bit of a goat race.
We use this company, Peat Taylor tours, small and very well organized.

Everything from the Montego Bay port seems far. Are the excursions worth the time it takes to get there? Some websites say the Falls are almost 2 hours away. Trying to figure out something to do with a family of 4. Would love to hear others experiences!
