Looking for recommendations on Private charters to so to sting ray, star fish and wherever else we want to go

I notice some excursion companies stop there and some do not.   Is it worth the trip?

I am considering them for a tour in April.   I notice they do not go to star fish point.   Is a trip there worth it?   should i consider someplace so we can go there

I have known people who work on the ships, and I have been told that a lot of times, they do not ever see those pre-paid tips. Most would prefer you tip cash while you are onboard, but of course that is nothing they can say.
