  1. We will be boarding FOS on April 28th. My husband has a low immune system due to cancer treatments. On the plane and airports he always wears a mask to help keep germs away. My question is this: If he wears a mask at the boarding do you feel they think he is sick and won't want him to board? I know you fill out the health questionnaire at the port, but he doesn't want them to think he is sick. Do you think his wearing a mask will cause problems? In crowded places he does like to do it. Once we are on board we will try to avoid the worse of the crowds. Have you ever seen anyone board with a mask? I do appreciate your opinions on this. Thanks,

  2. If you have not been to St Maartins before, there is the beach in town which is in good shape. It would cost you $7 a day PP for the ferry ,you get an arm band that you can go back and forth all day. There are place to eat along the walkway. You can rent chairs and umbrellas there. And town is right there if you want to walk around.

Would you tell me what the name is of this beach and if there is more walking involved than say 1/4 of a mile. Thank you for this information.

  3. I am sure many of these have been answered and I have tried to find answers in going through other's posts. Maybe my questions are a bit too basic. I am interested in knowing which restaurants, cafes, etc. are free with no charge. I thought I read that some have charges for specialty drinks (coffee) but have free food that you may get. How do you know which ones? Also was reading a post about Solarium breakfast which sounded like a quiet spot. Is this a free venue or do you pay. Also noted that the dining room lunches have a buffet too? Is this less crowded. I will be traveling with a spouse with low immune system so trying to find places that perhaps would not be as crowded. Would appreciate any information you could help me with. We will be on Freedom of the Seas. Thank you.

  4. There is also a wash and fold service. You get a bag, everything you can fit into the bag is washed, dried, and folded for a flat rate.

It is suggested to not put finer clothes in these bags.

Can you give me an idea of what the bag costs. This sounds like the best option for casual clothes. Thank you for the information.
