I use fabric paint to decorate my luggage with at least my initials. You can be as conservative or flamboyant as you want. I painted flowers and pokka dots on mine (all over it in neon colors no less). Very pretty. My husbands, I just outlined all the seams/edges with a different color ( I used silver on his). Since fabric paint is kinda rubbery when it drys, it works great to glue flat items like patches onto the luggage too. Needless to say, I've never lost my luggage yet. The paint doesn't come off. On the inside I use it to put my name and cell phone number.
Use bright colored plastic ties to lock it. Keeps the honest people honest and those crooks who carry the plain white/clear ones don't usually carry the bright ones. :mad:
