Thinking of doing this excursion in Skagway in September.  Any thoughts of the best time of day, 10 AM, 12:30 PM or 3 PM?

We booked a 2bdrm/2bath on 2nd Ave for our cruise next summer.  I have never used Airbnb, but after much research, I felt very comfortable using it this time.  We are going to be in Seattle for 3 nights pre cruise & hotel rooms are so expensive! We are renting a car for 1 day & will use taxis, when necessary, for sightseeing . We saved a few hundred booking Airbnb instead of 2 hotel rooms.

We stayed at the Warwick 3 yrs ago, great location, decent price as we won it on Priceline. Next year there are 3 of us going in 3 days early, so we used Airbnb and got a 2 bedroom condo on 2nd Ave.

Thank you, there are 3 of us, so we are looking for a 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo or apartment. I also have trip insurance which includes $$ for my pre cruise expenses. Seattle is so popular that time of year, we are looking to book early. We already missed out on1 booking because we hesitated,

Has anyone had any experience with AirBNB? I've never used them, but since hotel rooms are soooo expensive, I'm thinking of booking with them for next for next August .

Just curious, no one has posted since February, are people not using Priceline? I haven't cruised for 3 yrs, but I always used Priceline in the past.

I mix hot chocolate with my coffee in the morning, makes it tolerable.

Thanks Herfnerd, I agree, but my sister & brother in-law have never been to Glacier Bay, so we'll enjoy the cruise regardless.

Hi, got an email from Carnival this AM informing us of an itinerary change for our September 3, 2019. We are now going to Icy Strait instead of Juneau. Any thoughts?
