Thank you so much! Would you be able to post the menu for the first gala night?

We are going on a 14 day RT Alaskan cruise this summer on board the Amsterdam. I would like to know about the onboard entertainment. There’s the casino and America’s Test Kitchen, but what else? Does anybody have any daily itineraries they could share or point me to?

Our cruise is in 58 days and I just noticed that I could make reservations on line for My Time Dining. However, most nights only have selections of 5:30 and then jump to 8:15 and later. What chance do I have to make a 6:30 or 7:00 reservation once we are on the boat?
