  1. To tnkr2.....ur asking what kind of bar I'm going to that this happens....I'm on cruise critic and I'm talking about the pool bar on majesty........I dont think an individual bartender is filling bottles with water although I'm sure it happens....and not sure where ur getting $9 a day tip for all....but in my calcs at 4 drinks a day x 5 days x the total package price = 1.60 per drink. 😎🍹

  2. Well I'm glad for everyone's input...yes it was at RC Bar on ship, yes I do tip....but I did realize they were already getting a $1.60 on each drink.....whoever said I should have tasted the shot was a good idea. I should have stuck to wine! 🍹...next time I'll test it better!

  3. Just came back this past sat...booked a classic car tour online and got an email stating location had changed because of government crackdown...we used a "password"...worked out fine and glad they get to keep more of the money. The guide told us they get very small portion when booked thru cruiseline.

  5. Even before my recent RC cruise, I have been fed up with the constant survey. They spend more time worrying about the survey than addressing the problem. Our poor waiter in the MDR begged us to give him a 10 or nothing because he would b fired. Giving a 10 is in mind above and beyond, but I did it anyway on the other hand the pool bar service got a 2. They shouldn't be having to ask us this, I agree it's a management issue.

  6. I think they may make it sound like that but it definitely is not the case...as i understand our royal carribean is issuing the travel visa which u pay for....but if you look at a lot of tours online you will see that they are compliant....ie Strawberry Tours etc look the subject up on this site also...i did a bit of poking around and feel confident to have planned my own tours.

  7. ;pthank u....yes my hair needs a good hard Blowout!!!!!

They don't BLOW worth a damn. I bring mine, so my hair will do what I want. RCI's dryers have a button you must hold down, or secure some way, in order to make it work. Just bring one...they aren't heavy.
  8. I just booked online a balcony cruise unassigned. Called up customer service and they told me balcony wered sold out but if I wanted to pay extra for a or suite that is handicapped accessible. I am not handicapped, do they do this after balcony ate sold out? Should I worry about being moved if a handicapp person requests it. I will call again but if anyone has knowledge, I'd appreciate it.
