I did the forward Grand suite on the Explorer in 2019 and loved it. The balcony view was outstanding - I don't mind a bit of wind. There was minimal sound from the Observation lounge but never enough to keep me awake. Am going for same thing, well opposite side, next year on the Grandeur. I can't do aft suites - it is the one place on a ship where the motion bothers me.
