Visiting Amsterdam at the end of June for a pre-cruise stay, Looking to book a canal boat trip during our visit - any recommendations greatly appreciated - thx

Thank you again to everyone who took the time to send nice helpful comments   (well most of you )  - at least now I can start planning ahead for our trip.

On all of our other cruises, hubby has taken his DS and I have packed something sparkly for me to wear.    Reviews seem to indicate that this is not the case on Equinox and perhaps a nice shirt and tie and designer jeans/trousers may be all that is required for men.     As we all know, baggage allowance these days is somewhat limited and just want to make sure that we only pack what is really needed.

Has anyone recently upgraded to Premium from Classic on any of the Celebrity ships (we are booked to sail on Equinox)  - how much did this cost ?   Is it offered on joining the ship ?   We you able to negotiate a discount ?

Thx to everyone who took the time to reply.   We are thinking of using the Express Bus.  Quick question-do you use the airport monorail to get to the bus terminal? 

We have booked a 2 night pre-cruise stay in a hotel in the South Beach Area.    Looking for best and cheapest way to get from Miami Airport to Hotel and then from Hotel to Cruise Port.   First time visiting this area and have read reports of people being seriously ripped off by some taxi drivers.
