Looking for the mysterious lady who abducted me from the Red Frog bar on the Carnival Legend. Clearly not violence related. Pretty much the other end of the spectrum.

Place: Red Frog Bar Level 2

Where: At the bar, standing

Music Playing: Odessa singing solo, Clarence Clearwater covers

Cocktail: Fishbowl Rum Cocktails X 2, Several doubles before that

Girls Name: Nope, no clue there.. but clearly still had tonsils.

Girls Age: 30 ish (+/- 10)

Barman: Chubby jovial asian dude with a large bell.

Appearance: I had beer-goggles. But I'm fairly certain she was 5'10", long flowing blonde hair.. attractive in the classical sense. Elfin demure.

Eye-Colour: hmm

Not much to go on sorry, that's all I remember.

What I don’t understand is that the Ship is big, more than one pool if a group of people are being rude stay away from them. If people have noticed in the beginning they were trouble if they come around go somewhere else. I have always told my kids in school if you know who the bully is stay away from that person.

Yeah just walking is a good one, I agree with you for sure. Some folks seem to have a penchant for getting too close to the action. Others seem always to have trouble follow them around, and never question their lot. Carnival is kind of new to servicing a Melbourne base. Melbourne has always had a bit of a dark shady element, no more than any other city IMO. They keep to themselves for the most part for their code or self-preservation, which is how we like it. My x's mum said once you take man on his own and he's a good man, you give him a mate and then he's becomes half a man. That's how we see mindless gang violence - folks with brain injury that need rehab.

I kind of understand the crew security going in hard. They're on a ship at sea, there will only be a limited number of security personnel available - and dealing with these yobs would severely impair their capacity to respond to any other issues. It would not be any different if you went to punch a police officer - possibly you would be shot dead. I think the violence was necessary and proportionate by security.

The two Fishbowls I got at the Red Frog Pub downstairs for $24 each.. I was a wee tad glassy eyed, but still chipper after two of those.

So that was 10 standard drinks in around twenty minutes so depending on vitality.

Cocktail Specials of the Day was $12 all decks/bars.. I did them all.

Only fopar was I had a few little micro-naps at critical junctures when a modicum of concentration may have been better rewarded. :'):'):')

Good to look back and laugh at what was a great time.

I was on the subsequent trip from Melbourne to Hobart. The guests departing said the incident was isolated and most people did not even know it was happening. Remember there's 2,500 people on the vessel so that not hard to understand. To the elfin princess who abducted me from the Carnival Legend Red Frog bar at 10pm 20/02/18. I salute you.

I just stepped off the Carnival Legend today in Melbourne, Feb 21 to Hobart. This trip from Melbourne to Hobart was the first to happen after the incident. I got a tad glazed the last few nights courtesy of the Red Frog Fishbowls, I had two Rum Fishbowls last night and very.. happy. I did not see any impropriety from bar staff or security. I got abducted from the Red Frog Pub in the nicest way ever. Great times and highly recommended.
