Can someone tell me what the menu is for the MDR embarkation lunch?
Thanks

I agree. Not even going to try the classic. We will upgrade as soon as we board. $103.50 CAD x 2! After all its Vacation time.

We have the classic package for the Silhoutte on April 8. We can upgrade online to the Premium but are going to wait until onboard. When we go into Cruise Planner that option is there.
-
We usually tip $40-50 for the steward total. $5 at each breakfast and lunch (provided they keep our coffee and wine topped up) and $10 for dinner. Usually a couple of dollars for every two drinks for me and the misses. We do pay the pre assisnged daily gratuities and have the beverage package.

We have the classic beverage package and want to upgrade to the premium-just wondering if anyone has experienced any savings by waiting to do it onboard?

I don't mind tipping for good service. To me the gratituties are just another tax- I don't consider it as tips. Tips should be more personal.

Tips- before our after service? How much?
What does everyone do?

How's the cell service on these islands? Did the storm destroy the towers? Want to call back home while there.
-
Oh, OK. I guess I'll find out in a couple of weeks if my request got through. Hope so!

Can you still experience the low flying planes and the jet wash from take off at the airport? If so what is the cost of getting to Maho from the dock by taxi?
-
There is a place on the cruise manager where you can request luggage tags be mail to you.

Thanks for all your replies. I just booked all our reservations online. Hopefully it works out and if it doesn't it will just mean one or two more drinks before supper!;p

We sail on Silhoutte on April 8 and have chosen the anytime dining. Just wondering how that has worked out? Much delays? We are in concierge and there are only two of us so I'm hoping it won't be an issue. We usually eat between 6&7pm. Last cruise was on Norweigian and the anytime dining worked perfectly.
Just wondering what you experienced?

I can see two - $56.25 and $37.50 Canadian. Both for the same times 6-10 for dinner.

In the pre cruise dining options there are two prices for the Tuscan Grill. Just wondering what the difference is?
-
Ok thanks

Is there a Silk Harvest on the Silhoutte and if so how was it and what is the cost?
-
Just wondering who on the ship has the authority to offer the beverage upgrade discount- concierge desk or can they do it in the lounges?
-
Which one did you like best?

Sailing on the Silhoutte in April. We have the Classic Beverage Package and want to upgrade to the Premium. wondering if we should do it before the cruise or wait until we board - is the cost the same? I've heard that sometimes they offer a discount on board - anyone experience that?
Thanks
