  1. A little late to the party here. I was experiencing the same problems as you all. I contacted CS and they gave me a tip:

     

    Instead of logging in to your account and not finding the booking, underneath the login you can press the "I have an existing booking" button. Insert your booking number and name used when performing the booking, and hey presto. There it was.
