I called my PVP and he transferred my call to resolutions.

I had a 6K scenic grand ocean view on Lido on the Freedom. They downgraded me to 6A ocean view on deck 1. After 5 calls to the resolutions desk, they refunded me $1000. Still not thrilled but I'm hoping the voyage is worth it.

I tried to sign up for the meet and mingle on the Legend sailing April 20/18. That date doesn't show up in the list of sailings. I emailed and sent my information in but never heard a thing back. Have decided not to worry about it. Que sera, sera.
