  1. I have an americian credit card through Bmo put everything but 50 dollars on it the 50 dollars I put on my Bmo elite card that way my travel and medical insurance is totally covered. I save US money I buy it at a broker and put it into my US bank account. I travel with air miles so just pay taxes. I own Carnival and royal Caribbean stock so I get enough OBV to help offset costs onboard. I am a solo traveller and that part SUCKs...lol not giving up my travels

  2. So I guess I have hijacked the thread as I seem to post more then the OP (son in Law) maybe I should have put DSIL.... slight oversight.

K love you guys to death but tell me????? who (not being critical mind you) but who really goes to target not once but twice when on vacation or was one of them Walmart don't remember.

I am sure you are all having a wonderful time and too busy to post so in defense of DSIL he does not want to take valuable vacation time away from DW and DC and will probably do a good review after he returns home.

Home in 2 days then you can listen to my count down. I am ziplinning one day, diving one and taking a sea plane to a small island another to do a fishing excersion ........... I might drop by a target.

  3. Mother in law back again and pissed..icon8.gif......I just went to my roll call and guess what???? a million kids for Spring break... the very reason I choose not to cruise with you guys and worst of all I have them for 8 days not 7 Bring me back LOTS of alcohol to pack.I will drink and gamble on ship. I deserve this......... wipe those grins off of all your faces. Why didn't you tell me it would be spring break somewhere.

  4. Mother in law's tracking sucks........... so listen up sonny I expect lots of pics of DD and kids so sit down have a beer or whatever on me..... and POST.

Have fun in port Im guessing its Florida and you are going to Coco Beach??? and I am stuck here at work nice day but temps dropping really low tonight and snow also expected tomorrow......DIE winter DIE

  5. My question is what type of medical Insurance to people get? I just read mine and even if you have seen a doctor in the past 6 months prior to travelling for something if something similar pops up ie pain in side etc you will not be covered. Now of course being 60 I have had my share of medical concerns also had kidney out 2 years just prior to a trip. How do people protect themselves with the right coverage.

PS Many years ago on a cruise in Alaska I had to see the doctor for an eye problem and he told me so many seniors travel without coverage and he had seen some people whose medical bills would be in the thousands.

Just want to protect myself and make sure people know their insurance.

  6. We are staying at the Wyndham early Jan. $90.00 plus taxes on Priceline.

Can someone give me info on this hotel and can we get downtown and to ybor easily (no Car)

For all my Canadian sisters and brothers these trips are costly once you factor

in exchange rate. OH well this is a trip of a lifetime for my daughter and myself. All you people who live near ports are so lucky. Lucky I got airfare with airmiles but still cost me 400. No worries goin cruizin
