We have upgraded after 30 days of final payment to better room, that was cheaper. But didn't get a refund, they just charged the same cost of your old room and you lose any OBC you had from perks. It took 3 calls till we got a rep that knows how to do it.

Go to your cruise summary on NCL website and scroll down.

It will list your 300mins Internet Package and the option to upgrade and pricing.

Just came back on the Oct 10 Prima cruising, and had no issue plugging my firestick into the HDMI port and changing the source. I had loaded TV shows and movies on USB and used the firestick to watch it.

Prima uses Samsung for their TV, and there is power button at bottom of the TV that you can click on and it allow you to go through the Menu to change the source input to HDMI.

Just got upgraded for our Oct 10th on Prima from Oceanview to Balcony. Total upgrade cost was $200 CAD. 

Just received our upgrade confirmation on the Spirit for Sept 1, 2019 cruise.

Bid $500 CAD from inside to Balcony.
