We are booked on 2 tours with princess. I found both tours for a little less so I submitted the form. I got both accepted with on board credits. It was painless.

Does anyone know if princess will allow you to use a microwave? I have a heating pad that I need for my shoulder that heats up in the microwave.

I bought WashEZE 3-in-1 on Amazon. I liked the unscented plus takes up no space in the suitcase.

As to your question about price matching excursions, I have done this for our upcoming Alaska cruise. It wasn't difficult and I received OBC.

We have one full day in Anchorage. We want to go to a museum but don't know which would be better. Either the Anchorage Museum or Alaska Native Heritage Center? I know there is a ticket for both but I think that will too much.
I should say we are 6 adults, no kids. Any guidance is appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I'll try again later.

There is a sale right now on flights. However, when I sign into my personalizer to change my flights the sale prices don't show up. Does anybody know if this is for new bookings only? Should I call princess to see if I can get the sale price?

We are booked for the June 28th tour. This did include the Music of Denali dinner theater. Now, this is no longer on our personalizer. Instead, we have a dinner at the restaurant. The only reason I'm asking is the dinner theater is $70 pp. Shouldn't we be compensated for the difference in price?

We are doing a land tour first. It doesn't start until the following day.

We are flying in from Washington DC to Seattle then on to Anchorage on Delta.

Our flights are booked through Princess EZAir. Delta has changed our flight into Seattle and we only have 55 minutes to change planes. Is this doable? Or are we cutting it too close? The next flight has a 4 hour layover!

If it helps you, the land excursions are just starting to show up on my personalizer for next July. The Denali Lodge excursions can be booked now. The Mt. McKinley Lodge aren't there yet but I expect them to show up any time.

Just wondering if it's acceptable to tip the tour provider either independent or booked through the ship? If so, about how much?

I was having the same trouble this morning. However, it's now working. They have updated the web page and the user interface is much easier to use.

Is this offer from princess? Does anyone know if this is still good? I booked a balcony with the landmark sale but this would be a better deal.

Caribill, thanks for the reminder that the vouchers state a 15% gratuity is included.
That reminds me....Michael made it clear that tips for bus drivers are also included (actually he said he'd be taking care of that himself), unless you felt they performed an extra service for you or were in some way outstanding.
Please note: The tip for Lisa, our driver on the Tundra Wilderness Tour, is not an included one. She deserved one, to be sure.
We are taking this tour next June. Can you tell me about how much you tipped the Tundra tour bus driver?
Princess Tundra Wilderness Tour & Senior Nat'l park pass

We were there last week and took the wilderness tour. The Denali Princess told us to go to the visitors center with our passes to get a refund. However, when we got the the visitors center we were told that Princess had to issue the refund. We didn't pursue it any further. The tour was wonderful and we weren't going to let a little refund debacle ruin it.
