So I was going to bring back some gifts of Plumeria cuttings that are already bagged and inspected by the Department of Agriculture. Does anyone know if I can bring them on the ship from the islands to the mainland?

I’m going on the Miracle

I’m having issues with family and my cruise is the first week of December, and I’m getting stressed. I’m wondering if anyone here had purchased the Value or Premium plan and it worked with the Ring security cameras

I need some opinions please. I was thinking of Dubai 2021 or Alaska in 2021. The only thing holding me back is the airfare to Dubai is killer. Any info from past cruisers would be appreciated

For those that got free airfare, was it totally free?

In order to earn VIFP Points for Cruises that begin and end in Australia (each an “Australian Cruise”), Members must log into their Account and request that VIFP Points be awarded for Days earned on such Australian Cruise(s). Members must review their cruise history and submit a request by clicking on “Missing a Cruise?” and provide the requested information. CCL will not automatically award VIFP Points for any Australian Cruise.
Also link to Aussie site
Thank you

I’m from the USA and looking at my next next cruise to the areas. Got a couple questions, and looking for answers.
When is the best time to go?
Which cruise lines cruise the area?

I live in the US, is there any rules about booking a cruise from Australia, but on the Australian site?

Solo traveler and never been to Copenhagen. Looking at spending 3 days before I cruise, but I don’t feel comfortable rely on a digital ticket. And I don’t want to worry about what’s in what zone. Might visit museums and such. Is the Copenhagen Card with it?

Yeah disregard my reply, wrong thread

Solo traveler, never been to Copenhagen. Possibly spending 3 days at the most before I cruise. Whats better the Copenhagen Card or CityPass?

you could probably find a shop to buy them from with a person to help
I might want to do that. I just don’t want to have to carry to much cash on me

only if you want to use an unmanned ticket machine then it may be a problem
Yeah I was planning on using one for the Copenhagen card

But there lies the problem. You have to have the PIN system. I've seen various US travelers here in Canada that cannot pay at the pump for gas because it has to have a PIN code to work. They had to go to the kiosk and physically sign the receipt. I believe that system originated in Europe and Canada adapted quickly to it as well.
Yeah I was afraid of that

I have Capital One and they said they are chip and signature and don’t require a pin for transactions

I do not want to bring a lot of Danish Krone, do a lot of places accept credit cards?

Both because you need to change to S-train in order to get to Vesterport station.
You can walk from the central station if you don't want to change train, its perhaps 10 minutes on foot.
Ok thank you

I will be staying at Steel House Copenhagen, is the train or the metro the easiest way to get from the airport to Steel House?

I stopped booking through the cruise lines years ago. It seemed that the last couple of times we used them; both NCL and Princess we did not get non stop flights and we do not care for the layovers. We are very satisfied booking them ourselves. Also, in case you were going to ask, I do not believe that the insurance through the cruise lines will cover air travel if you book it yourself. That does not effect us as we always get our own insurance because the insurance through the cruise lines are secondary insurance meaning that you have to file claims with your credit card company and homeowners insurance before they will pay.
Honestly, I’m leaning more towards not booking with the cruise line, I want the option to book who I want to fly through

We flew last May from Gatwick to Boston on a new plane and the flight itself was wonderful! However' date=' buyer beware!! Be very mindful of luggage restrictions and be aware that they will weigh even a purse that you are carrying on! We couldn't understand why everyone was opening their luggage at the checkin counter and holding up the line until we got there! Took so long we didn't have time to eat before our flight. And then you go through a second baggage check at the gate and they hold you there like cattle behind plexiglass walls! As long as you are aware of the above and don't mind, the price can't be beat![/quote']
Thanks for the info
